Currently residing on Colorado’s front range where I have lived most of my life. I am an Economics PhD Candidate at the University of Wyoming. My academic research focuses on the relationship between zoning and housing outcomes.

The Colorado Springs Interactive Housing Tool displays economic and demographic data at the zipcode level, in addition to comparing prediction error in home-value forecasting for two different machine-learning algorithms. It also contains a map of parcel-level predictions for the suitability of each single-family lot in supporting an ADU.
